What are the delivery times?

We make every effort to prepare your orders the same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be prepared the following day. 

FRANCE

- Standard delivery: 2 to 3 working days

- Chronopost express delivery: Orders placed before 12 noon are delivered within 24-28 working days.

- It is imperative that you provide a delivery address so that someone can receive the parcel.

BELGIUM

- Standard delivery: 3 to 7 working days

SWITZERLAND

- Standard delivery: 3 to 7 working days

EUROPE

Do you deliver abroad?

We currently deliver to all countries in the European Union and internationally without limit. For orders placed outside France, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination.

For deliveries abroad, the recipient may be required to pay delivery and customs charges, depending on the legislation in force in the country of destination.

How do I create my account?

My e-mail address has been refused. What should I do?

If your e-mail address was refused when you created your account, please check that it is correct and spelled correctly. An automatic verification system is set up to validate your e-mail address to ensure that we receive your order confirmation and dispatch e-mails.

Is my information secure?

All the personal information you provide to us to process your order or when creating your account will be used exclusively within the framework of our commercial relationship. Under no circumstances will your information be communicated, shared or sold to third parties.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access and correct your personal data.

Can I change my personal information?

To modify your personal information, such as your billing address or postal address, simply click on "Modify addresses" in your personal space. You can then modify and/or add a new address.

I've forgotten my password. How can I change it?

If you've forgotten your password, don't worry! When you log in, click on "Forgot your password?" then enter your e-mail address so that we can send you an e-mail message to recover it.

THE LOYALTY PROGRAM

Comment le programme de fidélité Flotte Club fonctionne ?

Le programme fonctionne sur la base de 1€ dépensé = 1 point. Vous cumulez des points à chaque commande, que ce soit sur l'e-shop ou en boutique Flotte. À partir de 150 points, vous décrochez des récompenses exclusives.

Les codes ne sont pas cumulables. Les codes sont valables pour une seule utilisation et ont une durée de validité de 12 mois (à l'exception des récompenses offertes à vie pour le niveau Platine).

How do I reach him? 

Vous pouvez rejoindre le Club en créant simplement un compte client. Dès que vous atteignez 150 points (équivalents à 150€ dépensés), que ce soit sur l’e-shop ou en Flotte, vous devenez automatiquement membre !

What are the different levels?

Les paliers sont attribués en fonction du nombre de points accumulés. Plus vous cumulez de points, plus vous accédez à des récompenses exclusives.

Le Flotte Club comprend 4 statuts : 
- Bronze : entre 150-299 points (€ dépensés)
- Argent : entre 300-599 points (€ dépensés)
- Or : entre 600-1199 points (€ dépensés)
- Platine : plus de 1200 points (€ dépensés)

Is the loyalty program valid in Store?

Yes, you can accumulate points on your purchases made in the Store Flotte.

THE BRAND

When was the brand created?

Flotte a été créée en janvier 2020 un peu avant la crise sanitaire (pas le meilleur moment pour lancer une nouvelle marque..) Néanmoins, on a su s’adapter et développer nos collections ainsi que nos équipes.

Aujourd’hui, on est fiers de dire qu’on est une marque Française, car toutes nos équipes de création, de gestion logistique, de marketing et commercial sont situées à Paris. On est heureux de participer à notre échelle à l’évolution d’une marque éco-responsable.

What is the origin of the word Flotte and the logo?

Comme beaucoup d’entre vous, quand il pleut, on utilise cette expression typiquement française : « il flotte ».

Chez Flotte, on avait à cœur de mettre en avant ce mot issu de l’argot français et de le faire connaître à l’international !

Pourquoi ce logo ?

        ◦       La goutte d’eau représente le « o » de Flotte et notre raison d’être, la pluie.
        ◦       La petite fente au niveau du cercle fait écho à notre côté disruptif, traité la pluie différemment à travers la couleur et la positive attitude. Elle fait également référence à la puissance de l’eau, qui change les formes.
        ◦       Enfin, les couleurs rappellent celles de la France, nos racines et notre source d’inspiration ! Toutes nos pièces sont designées à Paris.

Where are your clothes made?

Our garments are researched and designed in Paris and manufactured in Asia in a workshop specializing in recycled outerwear. The manufacture of our garments requires special technical skills and know-how that cannot be found elsewhere. That's why we work with partners in China. Today, it's in this part of the world that we find the most important production resources, which meet our specifications. 

Our raw materials and production system enable us to guarantee quality without multiplying the transportation of raw materials. What's more, our collections are produced in limited quantities, avoiding textile overproduction.

Our partners in China are BSCI-certified, and the wages of the craftsmen we work with are above average. One of our teams visits the workshops several times a year to monitor production and carry out a social audit of the production chain.

In fact, our products are sold internationally in over 250 sales outlets (in Europe, Australia, Canada, Japan, etc.) and all production is carried out in a single location. The raw materials and the production system enable us to guarantee quality without multiplying product transport.

Do you have a sale?

At Flotte, we do not have sales for the following reasons:

1/ Our collections are timeless.

2/ We are committed against overproduction, which is why we produce in limited quantities. The majority of our production is based on pre-orders. So we don’t really have “unsold stock.” On the contrary, when a size or color is available, you need to act fast!

3/ This policy of avoiding overproduction and focusing on timeless pieces allows us to guarantee fair prices all year round, without constant discounts.
