At Flotte, we use a 100% recycled and certified fabric: the rPET (or recycled polyester). This fiber comes from recycling of plastic waste and helps limit greenhouse gas emissions ♻️

Parkas and raincoats for men
Thanks to the know-how of Flotte, our clothes are resistant to a water pressure of 10,000 mm, you don't have to worry about surprise showers. Our down jackets being padded with plant-based down and our parka being lined with fleece, you can also face the cold with confidence. Go on an adventure without fear thanks to our waterproof and double-slider zippers, practical for cycling and protect your personal belongings inside the zipped pockets. Our winter clothing is also windproof and breathable and durable, enough to accompany you in the city or in the mountains.

Both coats are winter essentials. The down jacket is a quilted jacket filled with down that keeps you warm on the coldest days. It exists with more or less down, more for less fine, long or short... The parka has a waterproof exterior and a lined interior to keep you warm too. At Flotte, the down jacket is reversible and also has a waterproof side. Both coat models are designed to keep you warm and dry, whether hiking or in town.
Flotte's coats are waterproof. They have the same water resistance as our waterproof jackets: 10,000 mm water column. They are therefore designed to cope with bad weather.
We strongly advise against tumble-drying your waterproof jacket, as this will damage its protective film. Instead, we recommend drying your rain jacket flat or on a hanger.

On a jacket with water-repellent fabric, rainwater will flow and will not penetrate the fabric, unless there is stagnation. The waterproof jacket will not have this problem. To find out more about waterproofing, find all the information here.
