Points will be updated 20 days following the date of the order placed.

Yes, the points of all orders placed (with the same e-mail address) are counted.

Points are valid for life. Only rewards expire after 12 months, if they have not been used since they were awarded (with the exception of lifetime Platinum level rewards).
