Today, we're looking for our future Communications & Marketing Manager to write the next chapter of Flotte with us.

Your role

A true conductor of communications and marketing, you'll be the voice of the brand, both online and offline. You will be the guarantor of the brand's image and influence, both in France and internationally.


Main tasks

Communication & Marketing Strategy

  • - Define and implement the global communication strategy (online & offline) and its retroplanning.
  • - Ensure the coherence and strength of Flotte's storytelling across all channels.
  • - Manage the creation of engaging and innovative content (shoots, videos, editorial, social content, UGC, influencer campaigns).
  • - Develop editorial strategy and ensure consistency across channels (newsletters, social networks, website, press).
  • - Make proposals and monitor the digital and acquisition strategy alongside the e-commerce manager and the ads agency.
  • - Define , manage and optimize the marketing budget


Press Relations & Influence

  • - Develop and implement the PR strategy to increase Flotte's visibility in the fashion and lifestyle media, in collaboration with the PR agency.
  • - Develop and animate the network of journalists, stylists and media.
  • - Supervise influencer campaigns (profile selection, performance monitoring and analysis).
  • - Organize press events, shoots and brand activations.


Trade Marketing & Retail Activation

  • - Contribute to the retail activation plan (stores and marketplaces) and implement targeted actions.
  • - Create and provide communication materials and sales aids for sales teams and distributors.
  • - Monitor the promotion of the brand at the various points of sale.

Management & Coordination

  • - Supervise and support a work-study student in communications/influence and a work-study student in social media.
  • - Coordinate work with internal teams (image, e-commerce, product, sales) and partner agencies.

Profile required

  • 5 years' higher education in communications, marketing or business school.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or retail.
  • Good command of digital and advertising tools (Adobe, Canva, Meta Business, Google Ads, CRM, CMS, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence).
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills, in French and English.
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel and work collaboratively.
  • Taste for managing and coaching junior teams.
  • Creativity, fashion awareness and strong digital culture.
