We offer several delivery methods depending on the geographical area:

FRANCE

  • Chronopost - Pickup delivery - free for orders over 39€
  • Standard Colissimo 4,95 € - free from 39€
  • Colissimo point relais 4,95 € - free from 39€

BELGIUM

  • Standard delivery 4,95 € - free from 59€

EUROPEAN UNION

  • Standard delivery 10€ - free from 200€

FRENCH OVERSEAS DEPARTMENTS AND TERRITORIES

  • Standard delivery 12€

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

  • Standard delivery 25€

For instant exchanges, the delivery time is shortened because your exchange order is dispatched as soon as your exchange request has been validated. The same delivery costs apply as for standard exchanges.

FRANCE : 1 to 3 working days depending on the method selected.

EUROPEAN UNION :

  • Belgium, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy: 3-5 days depending on the method selected 
  • Rest of EU countries: 4-10 days depending on country and method selected.

OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION :

5-10 days depending on the method selected.

Our delivery times do not include order preparation time, which can vary from 24 to 48 hours (standard working days). Orders placed before 1pm are generally prepared the same day. 
These lead times may be increased at particular times of the year (private sales, Christmas, etc.) due to the higher volume of orders.

Customers outside the European Union may be required to pay customs duties, which are not included in the cost of the order. Depending on the country and your delivery address, the amount of these taxes may vary. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Since January 2021, the UK has been affected by these customs charges.

  • Commandes en ligne
    • À l'occasion des fêtes, vous avez jusqu'au 15 janvier inclus pour retourner les articles. Passé ce délai, aucun retour ni remboursement ne sera accepté.
    • Les articles retournés doivent être : Neufs, non lavés, sans traitement ni altération. Dans leur état et emballage d'origine, avec les étiquettes attachées.

  • Frais de retour
  • • Gratuits pour un échange ou un retour partiel.
  • • À votre charge en cas de remboursement total (le montant sera déduit du remboursement).
  • • Pour un second échange, les frais de retour seront également à votre charge.
    • Les échanges sont possibles dans la limite des stocks disponibles.

  • Achats en boutique Flotte (Paris)
    • Seuls les échanges ou bons d'achat (validité : 24 mois) sont possibles. Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué.

  • Commandes chez des revendeurs ou grands magasins
    • Nous ne prenons pas en charge ces retours ou échanges.

2. Provide your order number and the email address used when ordering
3. Select the items you want to return or exchange
4. Get request details and print return label
5. Stick the label on the package and drop it off at a La Poste office of your choice
